Dennings was in a romance with Nick Zano (co-star of "2 Broke Girls") in 2011 through 2014. Following the breakup, she then began dating the singer Josh Groban. They remained together until 2016. Dennings began to get acquainted with musician Andrew W.K. at the beginning of 2021. They soon started dating. They announced their engagement to each other in the month of May 2021. Dennings is a huge fan from 2014. Dennings has admitted that, although she was born Jewish and grew to be a member of the Jewish community on a cultural and ethnic level, religion doesn't play a significant aspect of her daily day life.
