Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for people, management of people along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet business goals, especially in periods of fast development and change. Annmarie has been a thought partner helping to transform business and human resources strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes as well as employee engagement and managing change. She is a lover of learning and regards the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive benefit. Through her extensive work experience working with Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop leaders, with successful outcomes, she has helped to create organizational cultures that embody changing and learning. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off she provides assistance to several nonprofit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
