Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance to get her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as the seated rows. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
